Vital Learning publishes 19 supervisory modules which can be delivered classroom, blended or online. There is no requirement for certification or to attend any training prior to facilitating this content.
Even so, clients find value in attending our train-the-trainer sessions. We facilitate a 2-part virtual session (one hour each) and record these for on-demand access. It is best to come to a session with your facilitator kit, but you can also attend to evaluate the curriculum with the purchase of the paper or digital workbook or just request a demo workbook.
