Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via e-mail to [email protected], or call on our business phone at 800-864-4911.
E-mail cancellations should contain the following: First name, last name, order details, phone number and e-mail address. This information should match the information originally submitted with your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation request was submitted (via e-mail or phone) before your order was shipped out, we will refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
Shipping Costs
In returning, exchanging goods, the customer assumes all costs in shipping to us. If the product is damaged, we cover the shipping cost. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Out of Stock Policy
Our product inventory comes from publishers that are in different locations in the US. It is rare that an item is out of stock, but this can occur, particularly for very large quantity needs that are needed at the last minute, or for items that are ordered so infrequently, that the publisher prints these on demand.
Keep in mind that personalization requires extra time for a custom run of your order. The larger your supply need, the better it is to do some advance planning to be sure we can accommodate you. Never hesitate to call us as you enter the planning stages to discuss the best time to place the order.
We maintain an inventory of paper DiSC Classic profiles which we ship from our Lancaster PA office. Most other orders ship from the respective publisher’s warehouse. If we are able to place your order with the respective publisher by noon the order usually ships out the same day. If you have a rush order and it is before noon, it is best to try to reach us by both telephone and email to ensure we connect.
