We want to share the sad news that Hayes Ratledge, who was your provider of DiSC, passed away earlier this month.
After his death, Hayes’ family decided they did not wish to continue his business.They invited our organization, The TEAM Approach Inc, to be your Everything DiSC partner, which we gratefully accepted.
We knew and worked with Hayes for over 30 years, and we were saddened to hear of his death. We are in contact with Hayes’ family, and if you wish to send any condolences or memories, we will gladly pass along any messages for you or connect you directly with them.
Like Hayes, we are an Authorized Partner of Everything DiSC (and DiSC Classic). We also represent some additional tools published by Wiley: The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and PXT Select.
In the new year, we are planning to schedule a webinar to formally introduce ourselves and to provide information on the new products that were added to your EPIC account:
- Everything DiSC Catalyst
- Everything DiSC Agile EQ
- Five Behaviors of a Team (based on Patrick Lencioni’s book; The Five Dysfunctions of a Team)
- Five Behaviors Personal Development

EPIC Credit Pricing / Purchasing
We know that Hayes has detailed special pricing with you, and we would like to honor that commitment. If possible, please email any communication or invoicing with the pricing Hayes provided you so we can update it in our system.
Moving forward, you will be able to purchase credits directly through your EPIC account.
To purchase credits, take the following steps:
- Login to EPIC (https://admin.wiley-epic.com)
- Let us know if you need your username to login / reset your password
- Go to ‘Manage your account’ –-> ‘Purchase Credits from Parent Account’
- Select ‘The TEAM Approach’
- Enter the amount of credits you wish to purchase (up to 500 credits unless you were told otherwise)
- Enter all billing information we should include on the invoice in the comment section:
- Billing address
- Billing email address
If you prefer to pay for your invoices via credit card, please call our office so that we can file it in our payment system; (717) 672-0425.
We also accept checks/ACH deposits. Please let us know what will work best for your organization.
