With more than 30 years’ experience in the learning and development field, he has founded two corporate universities, served as vice president of design and development at the American Management Association, given keynotes and workshops on five continents, and written six books on corporate learning strategies. His latest book, Feeding Your Leadership Pipeline: How to Develop the Next Generation of Leaders in Small to Mid-Sized Companies, was co-published by ASTD and Berrett-Koehler several months ago.
