In this one-day event you will experience a blended learning experience with the Vital Learning module entitled Providing Performance Feedback. In addition, you will be able to explore all of the products Vital Learning has to offer as you discuss options for building them into your consulting practice.

And, to take you further into the world of Training Transfer, you will be guided through a complete process of wrap-around tools which will show you even more options to make your training stick such as our unique Team Leader Café.

Your experience will begin with a pre-assessment on the skills taught in Providing Performance Feedback.

Next, you will try your hand at the online course which is matched to the classroom version of Providing Performance Feedback.

With these two pre-work items completed you will experience the classroom version of Providing Performance Feedback where you will also get a chance to discuss blended learning options with other participants.

Following the day in the classroom, you will experience a series of follow-up reinforcement messages which can be used to continue the application of the skills back on the job.

This program is limited to 12 participants and is presented in our training room in beautiful Lancaster County. If you are traveling some distance you may want to check out the accommodations close to our office.
