Team Talk

Teambuilding is an ongoing process for organizations of all sizes and functions. Building cohesive teams can be the solution to increased turnover, productivity problems, job sabbotage, interpersonal conflict and a host of other issues. This task is so challanging and important that we are creating Team Talk as a community for the sharing of ideas, problems, solutions and resources. We encourage you to become an active member of this growing community. Meet and network with your peers while you ask for and receive support from your learning colleagues.

Team Talk includes four key areas.

1. In Idea Swap we offer ideas you can use immediately for various aspects of team development.
2. Our email Newsletter is available on a subscription basis or you can visit the site occasionally to read the latest issue.
3. The Contribute form asks you to get involved by submitting your ideas for consideration in our Idea Swap area.
4. Of course there are challenges we all come up against in supporting our teams. We invite you to post them on our Discussion Board and also to add your suggestions to the challenges faced by others.
