DiSC Indra Certification takes DiSC Applications Deeper May 23-24

DiSC Indra takes DiSC to a new level of application and understanding. On May 23-24 you can experience this instrument and learn how to use it in your organization. We have made arrangements to bring the author of this dynamic learning tool to Lancaster County to share her expertise with us. Pamela Cole will lead this two day workshop and certify you to conduct your own training. In addition to developing DiSC Indra, Pamela is also the author of the PPSS reports, the Role Behavior Analysis, and DiSC Management Strategies. She conducted the research on the last upgrade to the DiSC Classic profile and is probably the ultimate DiSC guru. If you use DiSC you will want to be at this workshop. Train-to-Ingrain Workshop June 7-8

Train to Ingrain is the best way we know to create lasting change in supervisor behavior. Research has shown that people don't quit jobs as often as they quit their bosses. Developing a strong team of supervisors is the best way to develop a strong organization. Train to Ingrain combines assessment, online learning, classroom skill practice, reinforcement and coaching to meet this goal. During our Train to Ingrain workshop, June 7-8, you will experience the components of the process and try you hand at leading a session using the Vital Learning facilitator kits.

DiSC Certification July 17-18

Our next DiSC Certification is scheduled for July 17-18.
