Hands-On Training: Harness the Power of the DiSC Profile
The best way to learn how to use this behavioral tool to its fullest is to get into the multitude of applications one at a time - DiSC PPSS can get you started. The training process you find here was originally designed for delivery in a classroom "laboratory". It included video vignettes for extra effect as well as group discussion on the many possible solutions to the practice scenarios. You can use this design in a Do-it -Yourself format - download all the components and create your own learning lab!
If there is more than one person in your organization who might use DiSC, try to set up a process that can include everyone and learn as a group.
