How can affiliation with The TEAM Approach help your business?

We can help you access hundreds of tools from seven different publishers as well as resources that have been developed by our own diverse team.

How does a team member relationship work?

In the relationship that we are suggesting, you maintain an independent consulting practice and utilize the solutions that fit into your practice and needs. We will provide information on the product line or tools that you wish to evaluate and share what our experience has been in using the solution that interests you. You can then decide if affiliation with the given publisher or publishers makes sense for your practice. 

How will we support you after you join our team?

The real success in utilizing a new tool in your business will come with practice and application. However, we provide a secure area on this web site for our team members where we share our expertise, proposals, case studies, and application ideas. We also connect team members via e-mail and listserves. This has been a rich source of shared coaching and ideas as our team has grown over the years. Additionally, you will be invited to attend any public workshops or showcases we conduct involving products you are interested in. And, occasionally, we might call on you to assist on a large client project or because we need someone with a particular expertise or in a specific geographical location.

How do the publishers support consultants who affiliate with them?

Each publisher is a little different. Most hold an annual conference that is a combination of application ideas and marketing ideas from the most successful practitioners in the field. All of the publishers have marketing materials and web sites to help you promote their products. Some publishers host conference calls, others host regional meetings across the U.S., and a few support their own listserves to keep practitioners connected for the mutual sharing of ideas. All the publishers offer product training to get you up and running quickly.

What will it cost?

Each of the publishers we represent has a unique fee structure. We will provide specific information on fees as well as the formal agreement each publisher requires as you indicate interest. Our role is to bring the two of you together and then provide a mentoring relationship from that point forward. You pay nothing extra to us unless you purchase products we produce. Each publisher provides remuneration to us for our recruiting and mentoring services.
