National Scope
ITCAP is the most comprehensive and widely recognized national program by which college credit is conferred for professional development training. Since its September 1997 launch, the ITCAP Program has processed more than 18,000 students in 38 states.

NCA Recognition
Credits and degrees through the ITCAP Program are conferred by either Pima Community College or Lake Superior College, both accredited by the Commission on Institutions of Higher Education of the North Central Association [www.ncahigherlearningcommission.org]. ITCAP was praised by an NCA Review Team as an exceptional and innovative college/industry partner program meeting critical workforce training needs.

U.S. Government Recognition
The Department of Labor lists ITCAP as a strategic partner on its "America's Learning Xchange" (ALX) website, the Department of Commerce has included ITCAP on its "Go for IT!" website providing links to IT workforce training solution providers, and the Department of Education acknowledged ITCAP as an innovative model in skills-based educational reform.
