ASTD InfoLine titled,
Enhance the Transfer of Training. In this publication Denny presents eight enhancements to improve your current organization’s impact on permanent, measurable results in performance. You’ll learn how to identify training needs and incorporate learning strategies, develop learning networks, coach, as well as align your organization’s policies and practices support
improved performance. It is a very powerful document.
