An Interview with ASTD InfoLine Author Denny Coates, Ph.D.

On December 7 and 13, 2007  Susan Stamm interviewed Denny Coates, PhD, the CEO of Performance Support Systems (PSS).  PSS is the publisher of 20/20Insight, our pick for feedback software - most often used in 360 degree feedback - and the tool used for our Team Leader Cafe' skill assessment.

Denny recently authored an edition of the ASTD InfoLine titled, Enhance the Transfer of Training.  In this publication Denny presents eight enhancements to improve your current organization’s impact on permanent, measurable results in performance. You’ll learn how to identify training needs and incorporate learning strategies, develop learning networks, coach, as well as align your organization’s policies and practices supportInfo Line improved performance.  It is a very powerful document.
