- Understand their behavioral style
- Recognize others' behavioral styles
- Adapt for greater communication
- Recognize the importance of values to the team process
- Develop a set of values and definitive statements
- Define mission/vision
- Validate the necessity of clearly defined, well-communicated mission/vision
- Write, review and adopt a mission/vision statement using organizational input
- Identify potential team improvement points
- Select/Generate/Implement solutions to team problems
- Use measurement-based decision making
