CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING

Description

Problem solving and decision making are the essence of a work team. By developing a problem solving attitude, team members can increase their personal effectiveness and have a possible impact on the total effectiveness of their team and their organization. How to develop this problem solving attitude is the objective of this session. The standard six step process to solving problems will be addressed with an emphasis on the identification of creative solutions and effective follow-through.
